Banquets & Events

Although the building was literally rebuilt from ruins, the atmosphere is truly historic. Antique clocks, the staircase with the Zlatin’s Lavki logo, photos of old Tula, collected works of Russian classics, and bespoke classic furniture created specially for the hotel — everything underlines the site’s historical significance and invites you to relax in an elegant setting.

Tourism

In 2019–2020, as part of the “Tula Embankment” project, a large-scale restoration of Zlatin’s Lavki was completed to mark the 500th anniversary of the Tula Kremlin. The restored complex includes historical merchant rows where “bread goods” are sold, a wine bar & café, and an aparthotel with period-style interiors.
